Wrong Dimension when exporting PDF OUTPUT

Hi guys,
i have a problem. i want to export the output as a pdf but i doesnt quiet work right.
my canvas is 800x600 but when exporting to pdf it's 842x595, which makes it pretty hard to work further in illustrator or after effects because you have to align everything once again. seems weird to me. same goes for svg.
when i export to png the dimensions are correct. but i cant do any work with a png because its all baked into one layer.
anyone has the same issues?
