So just got artent running with 6 elation pars for first time and they are rocking all colors even though the video file is black and white.
the preview within madmapper of the artnet output also shows color even though clip is black and white

photo has only blue chanel up so that is only color coming up,, with all color bars on all flash instead of it just being black and white.
with all off and luminosity up all lights go black

Hi could you send a message to the support including a link to download your project file ?
We don't have this problem here, and your exemple is not relevent, if you supress the red and the green white become blue (W = RGB)
Anyway send a mail to us and we will try to figure out.

Also the famous question : What version of Madmapper are you using ?
