I'm trying to launch MM on my second machine and it crashes immediately on startup. I've tried to uninstall/delete and re-download the .dmg and fresh install. Still crashes immediately. Not connected to peripherals except monitor, mouse, and keyboard. It's strange the previous version works fine however 1.5.1 fails upon launch.



Please help anyone!

Please do not post crash reports on the forum.

First, crash reports don't tell us anything that will help us resolve the problem. For this we need to see system logs

Second, if the software is not functioning in this way your best option is to contact us on support. support [ at ] garagecube [ dot ] com.

System logs can be obtained by launching the Console application located in your Utilities folder. Type in MadMapper into text field on the upper right side if the window and copy and paste the resulting text into a text file.

Do not copy and paste the resulting text into the body of the message. Please send the text file as an attachment.

Please add any additional information that can be helpful to us such as:

- Is your computer connected to a projector?
- Do you have any other hardware connected to your computer?
- Are you launching the application by double clicking on a previously saved document?
- Is a previous version of MadMapper you had installed working properly?
