Image Tearing on Widescreen

I'm having an issue with a single piece of content from MadMapper at 3240x1080 down a dual link DVI, into a Datapath X4 to separate the media in to 2 1920x1080 signals, and into Spyder. In the center of the image we're getting a tear on motion. A still grid lines up perfectly but on full motion video there is an intermittent lag between the left and right sides. If we play the media in Playback Pro on the same MacBook Pro, using all the same cables, kit, settings on the X4, etc, the video plays perfectly. Is there anything in MapMapper I could be missing that would be causing the tearing?
