Any suggestions on why Madmapper may not be seeing/recognizing my new enttec DMXpro Mk2? It's firmware is up to date. I can get it to work in some other software but it does not show up in Madmapper. I am able to use artnet and showjockey (so ethernet and usb work for those products but not for the Mk2).

On MBP OS 10.12.6 running Mad Mapper 3

Which driver is installed ? The default OS driver is Virtual Com Port driver, some other software uses D2XX driver, replacing the default OS driver.
You can switch between the two driver by clicking the only button on this application: http://macdownload.informer.com/ftdidrivercontrol/
