I have LED Strips with 30 RGB Pixels controlled by a normal China Artnet Controller.
Currently i am not at the location and can not test my consideration.
is it possible to have two fixtures(LED Stripes) with the exact same artnet address?

Of course. You can have as many controllers as you want listening to the same universes, and in all pixel drivers I know you can use the same ArtNet/sACN universe as input for a digital strip output
