Is there a help file / or tutorial that explains how a 2D image is projected on a 3D model. If not can somebody explain ? I try to understand how the Texture Rot parameter wraps the picture around the 3D model ? And how do you have to understand: wrapping clamp to edge, clamp to border, repeat ?

This stuff is not nessessary a madmapper topic, but more to 3d modeling/texturing in general. You also don't have to rely on the wrapping options of madmapper, since you can also import 3d models from your 3d software like blender, were you can also specify the wrapping. Maybe this helps as a starting point: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UV_mapping
