Hi,

I wanted to play with LED strip lights (Fixture in MadMapper) so I connected ENTTEC DMX USB PRO to my MacBook Pro via DMX cable. The LED strip is plugged in eurolite dmx controller/decoder as well as power cable. Am I doing something very wrong because it doesn't work at all. Thanks for any help or suggestion.

Computer & ENTTEC DMX USB PRO are connected with USB cable. Are you on Windows or macOS ? Did you choose Enttec Pro in MadMappeer preferences / DMX Output ?

I am on Mac. Yes, I did chose Enttec Pro in MadMappeer preferences / DMX Output, any idea what could it be? I still didn't resolve this issue... Thanks anyway
