MM6, shortcut to unselect a parameter from a cue

    by Yaxx_lr » Sat Mar 01, 2025 4:36 pm

    Hey,

I'm sorry if it's been asked before or if I didn't found how to do it but a shortcut to quickly unselect a parameter from a cue would be awesome. The ability to change value from a parameter selected in a cue is SO GREAT, but imo it now misses a way to unselect quicker than clicking on the parameter (therefore changing it's value in 80% of the time) and deleting it from the timeline if you don't want this parameter anymore in your cue

Maybe something like ctrl + click so that you don't change the value by mistake when you click on it ?

    Thank you

if it is read, it is in the cue/timeline
orange, in the cue/timeline with a different value that the one shown

from there, just hit DEL and it is removed from the cue.
    I don't see anything simpler

To enlight a bit why I asked I was working on a project that needed to make a timeline with a lot of cues and felt it was quicker to tweak around to what I wanted, save my cue with for exemple : drag "visual x" + drag "group x" + drag etc . and then delete the parameters I didn't wanted to include in the cue. But I admit it was for a very specific occasion and probably not the best way to make it work (would have been super quick with such a feature tho)

    Thank for your answer
