My Journey with MadMapper and Hopes Ahead

    by Firefly_199x » Mon Sep 22, 2025 9:43 am

    Hi guys,
I am Charlie, and I started using MadMapper out of curiosity when I wanted to bring projection into a small community art project, and since then, it’s become one of my favorite creative tools. It amazed me how fast I could set up mappings, test ideas, and then expand them into full performances that blended visuals with music. Along the way, I’ve thought of a few things that could make the workflow even smoother: having a more streamlined media library with search and tagging, a simple built-in scheduler for timed shows, and an option for lightweight remote control from a phone or tablet. These aren’t huge overhauls, but little additions like that would really make MadMapper even more flexible for both artists experimenting at home and performers working live.
