MiniMad on a raspberry pi 4

The raspberry pis have upgraded quite a bit since the rpi 2 that's inside MiniMad. Using rpi 4 would enable loads of new options to MiniMad.
indeed the new raspberry sounds (very) promising for the MiniMad
but it will require a lot of development, testing and so on
(it's in the team plans though)
