Better material library management

As per a Facebook post seen today, which seems to be an issue for many, including myself, when giving someone a project, or moving a project to a new machine, you end up with lots off offline materials, images, and movies.
It would be great to be able to package all the materials into the save file, much like Ableton Live does with its save self contained. If you could allow users to choose what elements are exported that could be great too, ie, tick a box that ensures images are exported, or materials.
Collaborating with others on projects would become a far more pleasant experience without having to relink missing materials, or media.
At the very least, with materials, a button which could just say, “re-download offline materials”, for materials that exists in the public library.
