Speed control (layer) - cannot control speed anymore

Hi there !
l have an issue with the speed control (layer) of a media : the speed seems to be locked on its initial position, l have no control on it, no reaction, and the graphic bar doesn't move a pixel.. l can't control it anymore with mouse and with a mapped controller..
l tried :
- all other functions.. but all other things are running fine
- to map another midi control on it.. but doesn't change the problem
- to read another media.. same problem
- modul8 V2 and V3.. same problem
- to control the speed master control : this works ! but still not on the layer control..
- to have a look in the forum, but didn't find a similar issue..
Maybe l missed an episode with the speed control, otherwise l would be happy if anyone could help me to fix this strange behave !
