Best Codec for 3072*756 Resolution

DV-PAL Works great at 720*576..no drags but in this resolution all gets very blurry
Photo-Jpeg works great but I notice that video drags a bit.. annoying on text slides
Apple Intermediate Codec same problem.

what hard drive are you using?
