menu bar isn't working

hello,
i have a macbook pro m1 with ventura 13. i am using modul8 3.1.12
my menu bar stop working. its lock!
how can i solve the problem?

Had the same error yesterday. Was able to fix the problem by reinstalling the exact same version again.
