Module question: Filter; Alpha Blur (Box) - saving settings?

Why does Filter module (alpha blur (box)) saved settings for a specific layer in a project sometimes appear and sometimes not?
Does the time to time appearance of such a saved setting depend on the usage of computer power at the time?

When you save a project M8 should save the specific "state" (all settings as thy are) of the project . If You then modify the settings and do NOT save again M8 will revert to the previous "saved state" the project was in when opened.

Yes, I know that but; the settings are saved and still appear different from time to time (opening same M8 project with same saved settings) in this specific parameter..
