External Monitor won't work on full screen on latest OS X

Hello,
I know, there's a bunch of topics on the subjects. Went them through, no help.
It seems that after the latest update on OSX 10.6.6 and modul8 2.6.1 won't let me full screen on external monitor no more. What's the deal here, anybody had the same problem? It always Full Screens on the desktop of operating monitor, not on the external.
Hardware - Macbook Pro unibody VRAM 512
