When I open the Online Library it only shows the ones that came with the software originally. Im not behind any firewall that im aware of other than whatever came with my modem/router and dont have Little Snitch or anything. Any ideas?

This is a usual result when running a cracked version of Modul8 in that case you have to wear a silly hat and never ask again. If not:

1) The obvious question: Are you on-line?

2) Try quitting Modul8 and trash the preference files and launch M8 again and see if it works. The files are found in ~/[your user name]/Library/Preferences/ (note that "Library" is most likely called something else if you're on a non-english system). The files start with "com.GarageCUBE".
If you're on Lion the Library folder could be hidden. Use any of these two tricks to navigate to the Preference folder: http://finerthings.in/mac/lion-library-folder-visible
