4K Media not working in M8 3.1.3

Hello guys,
I'm trying to play 4K media but as soon as I add a second layer M8 starts to freeze my media and is impossible to do anything, also my media set modul is full of RED and orange dots, my media codec is h264 .mov. What can I so to solve this? my laptop is Mavericks , 2.5 Core i7, 16GB, 512 SSD, NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M 2048 MB and Intel Iris Pro video cards. Thanks for your help

did you try to convert your file with HAP (codec) ?

Hi Benoit , yes, I did try but is the same issue plus quite heavy files, right now Im trying to works with simple FULLHD pictures and I'm facing the same problem , red dots, orange dots and even not uploading/reading the files, this is really frustrating

Frankly, the modul8 team forgot this application. I think the pill codec requirement for 4k video is nonsense, they definitely do not update the application. The moment we put 2 4k videos, the application starts to go crazy. I know that this is not related to our computer. please fix the program a bit, after all, we paid and received, I expect you to support us. you are totally focused on madmapper modul8 is treated like a stepchild.

Optimizing your settings and update your drivers or utilizing external hardware for smoother playback, on the other hand you can try converting your media to a lower resolution or using proxies to alleviate the strain on your system.
