For the upcoming concert we need to figure out this set up.
First mac captures live video and adds effects like DotMatrix. Maybe some other apps would be better?
Second mac would receive this processed video to M8 and puts out to beamer.

I saw google translation of this tread http://www.garagecube.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3938 where it was discussed in one point but could not understand this rather crude translation. Could somebody elaborate on this, please!

Thanks! It is about year ago and I have gone this route istead:first MBP>VGA>scan converter>analog to digital USB dongle>second MBP Modul8 live capture. I get better performance and surprisingly better quality.
