Hi,

I am recording (Capturet to Disc) many short extracts from the Live DV Cam input during a performance and then import them as medias in Modul8.
It works well but it's consuming too much time…

Is there a way to automatize the process, at least partially ?

For example do you think it would be possible to create an ActionScript
- to record with auto incrementation for the file name and stop recording ?
- to "listen" to new elements created in a folder and import them on the fly as the Modul8 medias ?

I am afraid that Modul8 isn't scriptable...

hum… modul8 IS scriptable :wink:

BUT not this part of the software, and not with AppleScript and especially not with ActionScript

Everything in the interface and some other functions as well such as MIDI and intialization procedures.
