Can anyone done car mapping before that guide me on how to set up the projector, and use MadMapper to map the car.

This sounds like a general first post from an advertising company. For something of this complexity I'd seriously look at getting together a budget and paying a VJ / crew to do the job. It's a little bit more than the usual "need three screens setup".

I usually see car mapping on showrooms, but haven't tried it for myself.
