One minidmad freezes multiple times a night and requires resetting. The other has just frozen once. One video is loaded with several quads. No audio or other peripheral devices. Minimad version is somewhere in the 3.0 range, same with madmapper.

Is it a blue or black miniMAD? Did you purchase it recently?

When the miniMAD was frozen, did you try to manipulate the button to start the playback over?

We've just released MadMapper 3.2.3 which includes an update for miniMAD Video that fixes stability problem that happened to some users lately.

what are the differences between blue or black miniMAD ?

The first blue miniMADs are based on the previous version of the Raspberry Pi 2.
Late blue and all the black miniMADs are based on the latest version of the Raspberry Pi 2.
