    Minimad Support - Horrific!

    Hi All,

    We purchased a minimad to test out on the basis of buying another 4 more for a project however we have had no delivery of the product, no one is replying to our emails but the money has been taken.

    Has anyone had any issues with Garagecube, are there on going issues with the minimads?

    All I want is for someone to reply with an answer on the status of our order.

    Hi Joe,

    miniMAD are available only for preorder now and we launched the new online shop a couple of weeks ago so btw we had a transition a bit complicated at that time

    I can see in our support system that we replied to you recently for an update (your miniMAD is on its way),

    did you receive that e-mail ?

    I'll write to you again on the very same mail though and all my apologies for the inconvenience...
