[Videometry]

madmapper 3.0 wont let me pass the registry screen when installing on my pc. I click the next button after entering the serial (copy and pasted, multiple times...) but nothing seems to happen. Have tried running as admin but no luck..

my yourspace shows it authorized...

3.0 is working great on my macbook. Any suggestion to troubleshoot, can I send you anything?

got it, actually had to log in as the admin not just run the installer as admin.

can you please explain what you mean by " had to log in as the admin " , i have the same problem , i don't pass the registry screen ...
i 'm in admin session but it don't work for me , maybe i miss something in the process ....

We'll check that one asap. You need to be admin to install a serial because it's installed for all users, and because MadMapper education licences must be handled only by managers of the place. But until you have credentials for the admin account, you should be able to register, so there's something we have to fix... Thanks for your reports ! Keep up posted about other issues.

thank's beatfix , i tried your solution , but after create super administrator account , madmapper tell me my sérial is not valid

Did you copy/paste your serial or did you type it manually ? Any chance you typed a wrong serial ?

i don't think , i do copy paste ,same when i log in in " your space ...
