Set or combine DMX Adress

Hello,
is it possible to somehow manually configure the DMX Adresses of the Garagecube LED Sticks?
I have the 1 meter RGB sticks and I want them to have always the same DMX Adress.
It also would be nice to have a mode with only 3 Adresses (RGB) for each stick.
Will an Adress Writer work with the Sticks?
