1)file imported no animated
How to animate an file obj imported?
-using code edtitor?
-other?what?

How to animate an file obj imported?
-using code edtitor?

OBJ is not an animated format. You can put some FX (ie noise, 3D transform) but you can't playback a programmed 3D animation.
