thanks midi thief, i saw you talking about the crowd sourcing gifs project on your blog, super rad, although I don't think I am quiet ready for that.

converting gif's to movs is easy and with quicktime 7 it's no problem but each clip takes up space and I was hoping to have just one clip with a quartz file playing a folder of gifs. I did not know you could drop a folder of images into modul8, this is too cool.

Speaking of hipster graphics. One of my buddies that makes Loopcam has just released a new artsy image app: Instacrt: http://instacrt.com/. It's taking image filters to a new... err... old level.
